For the F, finger the 10th fret on the B and 8th on the high E and for the Eb, 16th on the B and15th on the high E Because of the open C tuning the chords during the vesre are all played a whole step up. For example, to play a C power chord, play it at the 5th position, what would normally be a D in standard tuning.
